Do you receive repeated Investor, Developer or Real Estate solicitations to purchase your home? Have there been unwanted letters, calls, texts or knocks on your door? Are you tired of these harassing behaviors? Would you like them to end? CB 17’s Land Use committee asks that community members fill out this survey.
Community Board 17 in partnership with State Senator Kevin Parker, The 300 E 25 th St. Block Association (East Flatbush’s first historic district!), NHS Brooklyn, and Brooklyn Level Up are currently advocating for a Cease and Desist Zone for East Flatbush. This “no harassment” zone will protect East Flatbush residents from aggressive real estate speculation.
